Sunchip Group

The SUNCHIP Group was originally established in 1997, over the past 12 years we have grown to become one of the largest stand alone contractors in Australia. We currently employ over 90 people in our operations and between the 3 divisions we process over 650,000m3 in our mill operation and haul over 1.2 million m3 per annum.

Our state of the art operation requires a large range of new equipment that includes 2 MADILL 2850C Butt n Top Log Loaders, LIEBHERR pick and carry loaders and a fleet of World First ELPHINSTONE 19 meter Long length log trailers to name a few.

The SUNCHIP operation spreads as far north as Rockhampton in central Queensland and has 10 B-double Rigs running a 1000 klm round trip to the Hyne mill in Maryborough each night.
